Nicholas Deutsch

FOUNDING PARTNER

Nick’s client-driven, results-focused approach has allowed him to successfully represent clients of all sizes, from individuals and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He gained deep litigation experience in big law as a products liability litigation Partner, where he defended medical device and automotive manufacturers in litigation across the country. As a result, he is comfortable litigating in both state and federal courts in any jurisdiction. Since moving his practice to Crump & Deutsch, he has added clients from an array of industries, including Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing. He has successfully tried cases to a jury, was awarded a leadership role in a Multi-District Litigation (MDL), and argued before the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Nick is licensed in all state and federal courts in Texas as well as the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Nick received his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review and Justice (President) of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also holds a B.A., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa as well as several other honor societies.

In addition to practicing law, Nick is a real estate investor and developer. This experience gives him a unique business perspective on legal matters.  

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and their three children. He coaches SBMSA soccer and is a deacon in his church.
